  • Partners can earn up to an additional 50% rewards with RISE accelerators (depending on their RISE group)

Q3 New Line of Business Bonus

  • When: From 30 th July to 28 th October.
  • What: New buyers of Server, Client Solutions, Displays, Docks and Client Peripherals receive a $ Bonus for their first purchase.
  • Scope: All EMEA authorized partners in RISE program purchasing units that have not purchased in previous 4 quarters. The New Line of Business bonus is only available for existing RISE partners. If the partner is new to RISE and received a Welcome Bonus this quarter, they will not be eligible for the New Line of Business bonus until the following quarter/s.

Reward Redemption & Credit Note Payment


  1. Resellers are notified by email when the redemption period opens in month two of the following quarter
  2. Reseller redeems earned $ with an e voucher on the Performance Portal in the following quarter’s redemption period
  3. Reseller selects their preferred distributor to redeem with
  4. Reseller & chosen distributor will receive confirmation email Email confirms value and expiry date of voucher
  5. E Voucher can be applied at the point of next purchase of Dell Technologies products in the following quarter.
  6. Distributor reports back on e voucher usage on orders in the Sell out report
  7. Recap of e voucher is reimbursed through credit note processed for total value claimed


  1. Reseller earned $ will be paid directly in the form of a credit note through distributor beginning of the following quarter
  2. Reseller will use these credit notes on a new Dell purchase through distribution
  3. Distributor will be receiving pass through credit notes and details on who to pass them on to at the beginning of the following quarter
  4. Rewards of less than $100 for a given distributor will be deferred until the following Quarter (at Dell’s discretion)
